HSIPL-5347(042)] – ENGINEERS REPORT 24-17 Staff recommends City Council approve an Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Select Electric Inc. to continue the scope of work of Construction for Project No. 7232 in an amount of $224,051.90 of Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) funds, which will increase the agreement amount from $1,595,850 to $2,218,864.40; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. |

7. | PROJECT NO. 7232 - AMENDMENT NO. 1 to agreement for CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION SERVICES FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS ON ALONDRA BOULEVARD FROM HOME DEPOT TO SHOEMAKER AVENUE - ENGINEERS REPORT 24-15 Staff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc. to continue the scope of work of Construction Management and Inspection Services for Project No. 7232 in an amount not to exceed $53,998.50, which will increase the agreement amount from $159,235, not to exceed $213,233.50; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. |

8. | PROJECT NO. 7233 - APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER FOR TRAFFIC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS ON FIRESTONE BOULEVARD FROM WEST CITY LIMITS TO ROSECRANS AVENUE [FEDERAL PROJECT NO. HSIPL-5347(043)] - ENGINEERS REPORT 24-18 Staff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Select Electric Inc. to continue the scope of work of Construction for Project No. 7233 in the amount of $85,266.00, which will increase the agreement amount from $1,310,500.00 to $1,592,341.00; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. |

9. | PROJECT NO. 7933 - REHABILITATION AND STRIPING MODIFICATIONS ON EXCELSIOR DRIVE / AGREEMENT AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO PROVIDE DESIGN SERVICES, ENGINEERS REPORT NO. 24-16 Staff recommends City Council approve Amendment No. 2 to Willdan Engineering’s Engineering Services Agreement in the amount of $55,000, to provide completion services for Project No. 7933, Rehabilitation and Striping Modifications on Excelsior Drive; and authorize the City Manager to execute the amendment on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney. |
